Once you’re ready to move forward, the next step is securing your place on my calendar with a planning fee.

I offer three tiers of service – Amber, Emerald, and Blue Diamond – allowing you to choose the level of support that best suits your upcoming trip. Fees start at $150 for Amber and $250 for Emerald, with Blue Diamond available for more complex, high-touch journeys begins at $400.

This fee reflects the time, care, and expertise I dedicate to creating a fully personalized, seamless travel experience.

I tap into my trusted network of tour operators, local experts, accommodations, and on-the-ground partners to identify the right-fit experiences and services for your trip. Every recommendation is thoughtfully selected to create a seamless and enriching journey, just for you.

Once your itinerary is ready, we’ll hop on a video call to walk through the first draft together. This is a collaborative process, your input ensures we fine-tune every detail until it feels just right.

Now that the foundation is in place, we’ll fine-tune every element of your trip. Whether it’s swapping out a hotel, adjusting the pace, or adding that special experience you’ve always dreamed of, we’ll make the changes needed to get it just right.

Whether you're excited to collaborate on every detail or prefer to sit back while I handle the logistics, this step ensures your trip is tailored exactly to you. Together (or quietly behind the scenes), we’ll make any necessary tweaks. 

My goal is to ensure your final itinerary reflects your travel style, preferences, and priorities before we move to booking.

Once you're happy with the plan, it’s time to make your deposit and officially lock in your trip. From here on out, I’ll continue to be your trusted point of contact—double-checking confirmations, answering questions, and smoothing out any last-minute details.
